We are currently experiencing a technical issue with our portal that’s preventing people from applying for our help online.
We apologise for the inconvenience and are working to fix the problem. If you are wanting to apply to us (e.g. for help to resolve a dispute or to request a certificate), please check back in – we will update our website as soon as we are back up and running.
If your matter is urgent (e.g. you are a tenant who is at risk of eviction), please apply to us using the Word version of our application form. You can request this form by emailing our team at email@example.com.
If you have already registered as a customer with us, you will not be affected by this issue (you will still be able to submit an application).
