Ombudsman’s report shows big business still not paying on time

The Australian Small and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO) has released a report into late payment times.

The report shows that it still takes on average 36.7 days to pay small business, despite an initial decrease in delayed payment times.

Even big businesses that have signed up to the Australian Payment Supplier Code (APSC) have been reluctant to release data to ASBFEO that shows they have paid small businesses on time.
