Notice on the caretaker period

The State election will be held on Saturday 28 November 2026. During the caretaker period (starting 6 pm on Tuesday 3 November) content will only be added to this website in line with the caretaker conventions.

The VSBC will continue delivering impartial dispute resolution services throughout this period. We ask applicants to our services to note that there is currently a waiting period of up to 20 weeks due to high volumes of enquiries and applications. All applications must be made via our online portal.
