Victorian Small Business Commissioner will visit Bright on Monday 25 February to deliver a presentation titled “Grow your Business’, hosted by the Alpine Shire Council.
Commissioner Judy O’Connell’s presentation will equip business owners in the region to grow their businesses, by providing them with knowledge and tools to stay ahead of the game. Topics will cover cash flow, being paid on time, moving to digital, the impact of cyber security and the NBN rollout.
The presentation will be held at the Alpine Events Centre between 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
Ms O’Connell said, “I’m looking forward to hearing the issues that are impacting small businesses in the Alpine Shire”.
“It’s important to me to meet with small business people in regional areas as the issues they face are often very different to city-based businesses.”
The event is an opportunity for local businesses to network and learn about the support the Victorian Small Business Commission provides.
“I am eager to engage with the small business community, talk about the role of the VSBC and explain what I can do to support businesses in the region” said Ms O’Connell.
Tickets for the event hosted by the Alpine Shire Council can be booked via Eventbrite
